Guest house accommodation rules
The accommodation agreement gives the client (hereinafter the "Guest") the right to be provided with temporary accommodation for an agreed period of time or for a period of time resulting from the purpose of accommodation in the guest house by the accommodation provider (hereinafter the "Guest House").
- The Guest House shall accommodate a duly registered Guest. To that end, the Guest shall submit his/her ID card, passport or another identity proof to the Guest House.
- The Guest shall use the premises reserved for his/her accommodation in a due manner. The Guest shall not execute any substantial alterations in these premises without the Guest House’s consent.
- Unless the accommodation period has been agreed in advance, the Guest shall check out at or before noon on the last day of accommodation and shall also vacate the room at that moment. Unless the Guest does so within the specified time limit, the Guest House may charge the Guest for the following day.
- The curfew is between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- If the Guest wishes the accommodation to be extended, the Guest House may (if possible) also offer the Guest a different room than the room in which the Guest has originally been accommodated.
- The Guest shall be liable for damages caused to the property of the Guest House in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- The operator of the Guest House shall not be liable for jewellery, money and other valuables.
- The Guest House may withdraw from the agreement before the agreed period of time expires if, despite a warning, the Guest grossly breaches good manners or otherwise grossly breaches the provisions of these Accommodation Rules in the Guest House.
- For the accommodation and services associated therewith, the Guest shall pay the prices as set out in the Guest House’s price list in force. Accommodation shall be paid upon check-in (acceptance of the room key).
- VSmoking is strictly prohibited in the entire Guest House (rooms, corridors, etc.).
